Bournemouth Jazz Festival - 26th to 28th September 2008

From Friday the 26th, through Sunday 28th, the list of star performers reads like a veritable “Who’s Who” of the current jazz scene. The setting is the 800 seat Pier Theatre and 2 shows a day are planned – one at 2.30pm and an evening performance at 7.30pm. Artists signed to appear on the opening day are The Kenny Ball Jazzmen, The Dave Shepherd Dixielanders, Mr Acker Bilk & the Paramount Jazzband plus the incredible Italian pianist Rossano Sportiello with his trio.
