Sit back, relax and sample in our Wine Show Tasting Theatre - The Wine Show - Business Design Centre - London  25 - 28 October

Join an audience of enthusiasts and take part in a tasting session in the relaxed environment of our very popular Tasting Theatre. One of our experts will lead your session, inviting you to try a fabulous array of different wines from around the world. It’s a great chance to taste something new – and to rest your feet too. Places are limited – and it’s on a first come first serve basis.

Tim Atkin MW
An internationally recognised expert on the subject of wine, Tim is one of Britain's leading wine writers. He is the wine correspondent of The Observer, where he appears every Sunday in OM, and Wine Editor at Large of OLN. He's also to be found regularly in the pages of Wine & Spirit, Woman and Home, The World of Fine Wine and Observer Food Monthly, as well as on BBC One's Saturday Kitchen.

Susy Atkins, Wine Editor of Delicious Magazine
You'll recognise Susy from her regular appearances on Radio 4, UKTV Food's Great Food Live and Channel 4's Richard & Judy's Wine Club. She's also a familiar guest as wine expert on Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Lunch Live. An author too, Susy is currently following her success with her Cocktails & Perfect Party Drinks (published 2005) with work on a brand new book. Susy is well-known for communicating her knowledge and sharing her enthusiasm for her speciality in a modern, lively manner.

Oz Clarke, broadcaster and author
One of the most famous faces in the world of wine, Oz Clarke spent most of the summer of 2006 in the depths of France filming the prime-time Oz and James' Big Wine Adventure series for BBC 2 with co-host James May of Top Gear fame. His book - Oz and James' Big Wine Adventure (BBC Books, 2006) - was written to accompany this acclaimed series and Oz's most recent work - Bordeaux (Websters, November 2006) - was shortlisted for the André Simon Memorial Awards for Food and Drink.
Oz's love of wine and his career in the business started when he captained the wine-tasting team for Oxford University - although after graduation, he also spent a number of years as an actor on the London stage.

Matt Skinner
Matt has both a refreshing take on the industry and a knack for making wine simple. His first book 'Thirsty Work' sold into a staggering 14 countries and was translated into 9 foreign languages. Matt¹s other books include The Juice 2006 and The Juice 2007 and he is currently writing The Juice 2008 and a follow up to Thirsty Work due for publication early 2008.
Matt is also a regular guest on ITV¹s Saturday Cooks, Daily Cooks, UK Food¹s Great Food Live & Food Uncut. He continues in his day to day role as Head of Wine Operations for Fifteen restaurant¹s world wide.

Robert Joseph

Robert Joseph was wine correspondent for The Sunday Telegraph for 16 years and is founder editor of WINE magazine. He is known for his down-to-earth approach, his readiness to puncture the pretensions of over praised wines and his skill at spotting the best value bottles. Among his many achievements he has won writing awards from the Marques de Caceres, Glenfiddich and the Wine Guild of the UK. He is also a Chevalier de Tastevin and a member of the Commanderie du Bontemps du Medoc et des Graves in Bordeaux. Robert is the author of over 20 books, including DK's French Wines and the Good Wine Guide 2003

Matt Skinner has both a refreshing take on the industry and a knack for making wine simple. His first book ‘Thirsty Work’ sold into a staggering 14 countries and was translated into 9 foreign languages. Recently, Thirsty Work was awarded ‘Best Educational Wine Book – UK’ at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, and together with Matt’s second book The Juice 2006 – 100 Wines you should be drinking, featured on the Christmas 2005 best sellers list. Matt’s next book, ‘The Juice 2007’ was published in October 2006 and he is currently writing The Juice 2008 and a follow up to Thirsty Work due for publication early 2008.

OZ CLARKE

 Oz Clarke is one of the world's leading wine experts. His formidable reputation is based on his extensive wine knowledge and accessible, no-nonsense approach. Acknowledged as having one of the finest palates of anyone writing about wine today, he brings a refreshingly unorthodox wit and directness to the subject. Oz’s BBC TV appearances, most notably on Food and Drink, are broadcast around the world.   • Highbury & Islington station is a short walk away (Victoria Line and mainline).
