The Jazz Club opened in December 1999, to provide an alternative to the existing nightlife of Reading. It is unique in that it offers all the facilities of a nightclub along with the added value of a top quality restaurant and a leading live venue.

The railway arches in which it is set in have been converted with sensitivity to the original architecture achieving a stunning and stylish result with full air conditioning.

There are live performances every Friday and Saturday Night, a pianist with a soul singer accompanies diners in the restaurant on Fridays and Saturdays, and there also are occasional live bands in the club followed by a disco until 4am.

The Restaurant offers Modern International cuisine of the fusion variety.

The club is open Friday 7pm-4am and Saturday 7pm-5am.
