Fire - London

Five years ago Fire in Vauxhall was a venue in the backwater of UK clubbing, home to one gay afterhours event and some random hard dance nights. Since being taken over by the Orange group Fire has been transformed into a state of the art venue at the centre of UK gay clubbing. The club is located in London's gay clubbing centre, south of the Thames in Vauxhall, a short cab right from the west end.         The recent opening of the Lightbox means that Fire now has four rooms, each with it's own Bar, toilets and top of the range sound and light systems. The club also has four separate entrances and multiple cloakrooms meaning that rooms can be used individually or in combinations for different events. The Lightbox not only boasts an LED lighting system that is unique in the UK but a stylish chillout mezzanine bar.

Fire is now home to eight different club nights; the weekend starts on Thursday with Gravity in The Lightbox and Rudeboys in the main room. Friday is AM, while Saturday alternates between Juicy and Horizon on alternative Saturdays and both clubs now staying open right through Saturday night and Sunday morning into Later on a Sunday afternoon. Sunday nights into Monday morning is the infamous Orange, the venues longest running venture and Monday night Tuesday morning is our newest name; Open.
